Terms of service

Buildboard is a collaborative advertising platform. A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment and creative approval. Placements are held for ten minutes during checkout. Campaigns run for the display period shown on the board after funding and production approval.

We may reject artwork that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or unsuitable for public display. You are responsible for the rights, accuracy, and destination URL of your creative. If a paid placement cannot be delivered, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund.

Privacy policy

We collect the information needed to process a reservation: contact email, app or company name, destination URL, uploaded creative, and campaign selection. We use it to fulfil placements, review artwork, provide support, prevent fraud, and measure aggregate page views and clicks.

Payment details are handled by our payment provider; Buildboard does not store full card numbers. Contact us through the email shown at checkout to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
